We were there just after Labor Day - it took us about 45 minutes to get to the window. That's me in the flowered top - edging ever so close.....
I've had lobster rolls before but nothing compares to this - first off, all lobster rolls should be on a top slice bun - hamburger buns or kaisers just aren't the same. I've never seen anything like this - they advertise a pound of lobster in each roll, I believe it - my goodness - it's crazy - it was so big you had to eat it with a fork and knife. Lobster rolls usually have mayo, not this one, it was pure meat - claws, tails, yummmm!! And a little dish of melted butter!!! We also tried the onion rings, which were homemade and oh, so good!!! I wanted to try the clam cakes - we ordered two - they were tasty too!!
We're spoiled now - no lobster roll will ever compare!!!
Wow! I'm drooling here!! And this is despite the fact that I ate 3 lobsters in 4 days in PEI last week..lol

Just dying to go to Red's! I've had a terrific lobster roll in Montauk, NY (on Long Island), but I am drooling for a Red's roll!
