ReplyDeleteHave the same Friendship casserole, bought mine off of Kijiji from a fellow Pyrex collector. She had a crazy CRAZY collection of Jadeite, Delphite & even Robin Blue or whatevs!
TOO JEALOUS! It was like $1,000`s worth of the stuff in once display cabinet.
I'm so jealous of your ornaments! Very very cool! And that last set of chairs is so wonderfully shaped, they are super neat!

ReplyDeleteLucky!! I have only ever found ONE Shiny Brite ornament that was affordable! I've seen them at the flea market but they were always pricey!
ReplyDeletethose ornaments sure take me back - wow! i'm sure that the exact ones are in my parent's basement. i should check and see if they also have Poland written on them. and good old Eaton's; i loved that store. i've never seen a grinder like that before, will have to keep my eyes peeled for something like that. great post!

Amazing score on those ornaments. I see so many special ones in your boxes. We had one of the plastic growing up and it would spin when near a lightbulb on the string of tree lights. My brother and I used to fight over who got to hang it!!

I am in love with that Friendship casserole!! You were so lucky to find it, and $10 is a great price. I would certainly have paid that much for it! I love the nut crusher too! I actually have a small collection of those in different colors! You did very very well! I know you were smiling the whole way back!!

I had to get up off the floor where I threw myself when I saw the Shiney Brites for $ 1.00! Oh, just writing that makes me jealous again, I have to hit my head against the wall now.
