I'm excited to show off this lid... |
It's the Zodiac 2.5 quart!! I found it yesterday at a Value Village when I was away - $5.99. I couldn't believe it and it's in pretty near perfect condition. |
I found this ladybug Vera there too, $2.99 |
This one arrived in the mail last week - a small square with a tiny Vera signature and no copyright - my first one of these.. |
That's the view of the International Bridge between Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan - we travelled over, then we we were looking up at the bridge- we took the 2 hour Soo Locks Boat Tour - I highly recommend it!!!!I did run in to a Goodwill store there but sadly, no purchases were made!! Didn't matter, I had a great day, but it was a really hot one!!Linking up with Flea Market Finds, The Penny Worthy Project, Thrifty Treasures, Thrifty Love and Apron Thrift Girl |
Amazing finds Jill! That looks like a fun little trip too!
ReplyDeleteVera scarves and Pyrex equals a contented sigh. Such lovely pieces.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen or heard of Hex before. It's... different.
ReplyDeleteI just found a Zodiac recently. Yours was cheaper & in better condition!

ReplyDeleteThanks for posting about Fort St Joseph. I had no idea. Canadians who were not from Ontario like me didn't get a lot of detail on our history if it wasn't in our province. At least for me in BC ninety millions years ago that was the case. I will pop in there after I leave the youngest sprog at the University of Waterloo in August.
ReplyDeleteI'm definately envious of your Zodiac find!
ReplyDeleteLove the lid. I have not seen one like that. I am not familiar with Vera scarfs but I like the graphics on the bowl. Glad you had a fun trip.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
I can't believe you found the Zodiak with the lid at a thrift store & at such a great price! You must have been so excited:-)
ReplyDeleteGreat finds Jill! Sure looks like you and Gary had a great time!
ReplyDeleteNice indeed! Thank you for sharing your treasures at cap creations.
